Position Summary
Columbia Dining Services is a dynamic, progressive department in an exciting, fun environment with a customer-focused culture. We have an immediate opening for a Chef Manager to oversee and provide leadership for the daily food service operation.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Manager, Chef will provide leadership for daily food service operation and ensures that all service goals are met. Responsible for all functions of the location including financial planning and results, supervision of staff, inventory control, procurement of supplies, menu development, health department and OSHA compliance.
