Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with the Administrative team, the Administrative Coordinator provides proactive, responsive, and effective operational and administrative support and serves as a central resource in the coordination of essential office related administrative matters, while ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures. Working independently, the Administrative Coordinator exercises judgment, decorum, discretion and confidentiality in their communications with CIMC team members, University administrators, trustees, and external constituents.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or the equivalent plus a minimum of two-four (2-4) years of related experience required.
Other Requirements
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
- Proficient computer skills, including demonstrated ability to create and maintain efficient spreadsheets, adapt to new technologies and navigate databases.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities are essential.
- Must be able to work independently and take a proactive approach.
