Reporting to the Executive Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), the Associate Director plays a key role in managing the administrative and technical functions of the office. The Secretary will provide administrative support for the daily activities of the Student Health and Counseling Services. Responsibilities include greeting students/patients, scheduling mental health appointments, copying confidential medical information, answering phones, and organizing and maintaining office supplies. Financial Assistant Columbia College Morningside
The Roger Lehecka Double Discovery Center (DDC) at Columbia College works with low-income and first-generation college bound youth between the ages of 12 and 27 to ensure their high school graduation, college access & enrollment, and college persistence and completion to support productive transition into responsible adulthood. The incumbent, under guidance from the Associate Director, will assist in the daily financial and operational activities of The Double Discovery Center. This position reports to the Associate Director.
Administration and Planning Coordinator Columbia College Morningside
The Center for Career Education (CCE) helps undergraduate students and alumni develop the key competencies necessary to make informed decisions and take the necessary steps to achieve their career goals. Program Coordinator, Healing Communities Study (HCS) School of Social Work Morningside
The HEALing Communities Study (HCS) is a research study aimed at reducing opioid and overdose deaths across New York State by 40% in three years.
